Emma was lucky enough that she had her birthday during the West Family Reunion so she got to spend it with some of the most important people in her life! We kept everything very low key, just dinner in Grandma's awesome back yard, cake and presents. She said she had a really great time and we are so grateful for all the fun things she got. Thank you everyone for making it such a great birthday!

For the trip, we got her The Last Unicorn to watch in the car which turned out to be a bust because our DVD player broke at the beginning of the trip. However, she watched it at Grandma West's house and she requested a Unicorn cake. This was the best I could do with such a busy schedule. She loved it and that is all that matters. : )
Grandma gave her some headbands that she absolutely loved. Over the course of the night, she tried all of them on and has worn them a bunch since.

She was extra excited to get her own beta fish from Mike and I. (Daddy's idea.) When we got home, we went together to pick one and she named it Rainbo. (Mike decided it would have to be spelt this way since it was a boy. . . you know, Rambo-Rainbo : )
