It has been so interesting to reach this new stage in our life. We are done with babies and done with diapers. Our kids are getting old enough to play more adult games and are able to participate more in the festivities of the season. New Years was so much fun this year. We just goofed around, snacked on good foods, and played minute to win it games. The kids stayed up until 10 and then had a sleep over in Emma's room. It was so nice to feel the closeness and camaraderie as a family. Hopefully 2016 will be a good year for our family as we start many new adventures.
For this game you have to blow up a balloon to knock down the cups in a row. For some reason Scott had the hardest time blowing up his balloon. It was hilarious.

For this game you use a straw to move m & ms from one plate to a numbered clock on the other plate.

| Knock the cups over using a ball inside a stocking. |
At the time I didn't know it, but this new year brings new schools for all our school aged kids. Emma starts junior high. Anya got into an accelerated learning program at a different school so she and Kaitlin will go there next year as Kaitlin also starts kindergarten. Mike got accepted to the Teacher Education masters program at BYU so he starts a new school year as well. Here's to new adventures and growing our brains.
