The girls had some fun during one of this year's summer monsoons. They loved sliding like penguins on the flooded sidewalk and dancing in the rain.

Kaitlin wasn't so sure about the whole thing. She would go outside for about 5 seconds and then change her mind and come back in to sit with me and watch in the kitchen. After about 10 minutes she would get brave and go back outside again. She kept repeating this pattern over and over, it was so cute.
